✿ Pre-orders requires production wait time before they can be shipped. Please only pre-order if you can wait up to 1-2 months time! Refunds are only available on case by case basis.

Update: As of 22nd August'25. I will be temporarily suspending all orders towards US due to the heavy fees my local delivery service is imposing because of the tariffs. All orders placed after 22nd August will be automatically refunded. Sorry! ><
✿ Orders are usually accumulated and shipped out in bulk. Dispatch is twice every 2 weeks. Waiting time for dispatch will be anytime between 3-15 days!
✿ Special shippings ✿
✿Paper product only orders: These orders will not come with tracking as i would like to keep them affordable for you guys! You can upgrade your order to come with tracking by adding Upgrade delivery into your cart!
✿Bad end night keychains: Please be aware that orders that contain them will have a slightly higher shipping fee due to how heavy the keychains can get when getting multiple! My apologies!! TT
✿ Local / International tracking
All orders ( except those that ONLY has paper product for international ) comes with tracking automatically !
✿ Regarding Customs
Buyers are fully responsible for any taxes/fees associated with receiving their order. I will not refund any shipping and/or handling fees if you deny the parcel due to customs fees.
✿ Regarding EU Orders
For buyers from the EU, please note that you'll have to be responsible for the tax & VAT on your own. I will not be responsible for any package denied or discarded due to legal/fees issues.
✿ Regarding Chargeback
Please be responsible for your own purchases! Buyers who has purchased from my shop has agreed to all my terms! If you decided to hold a chargeback, you'll be blacklisted from my stores and potentially have your name placed up in my socials as a headsup and warning to other artists.

✿ Returned orders
If your order was returned to me, you may opt for your order to be reshipped but a reshipment fee will be required. If the error was on my part, I'll reshipped your parcel free of charge.
✿ Lost Parcel
I will not be responsible for any lost parcel once it's shipped as i have no controls over them. Please check with your local postal office instead!
If you paid for tracking or your order is eligible for tracked, I will contact my local delivery services for compensation [ Cap at $50SGD ]
