Hi everyone! As you know, i had a suspension to US a while back. I'm re-opening orders for US but unfortunately, we'll have to go through with some unfortunate changes >< Please take your time to read through this page so i can ensure your order goes through smoothly!

✿ Regarding purchase limit ✿
Unfortunately there's a 100USD limit on US packages now. My store is in SGD ( Singapore currency ). 100USD is about 128 - 129SGD. Please keep your order below the limit if not i'll have to cancel your order and refund you
✿ Regarding Duties/tariffs ✿
all US bound orders will be automatically charged a 30% tariff that will be calculated by bigcartel and have to be paid upfront. I understand that this will make your order pricier but unfortunately i cannot afford to cover the cost >< I'll do my best to include some freebies however in hopes to make up for it.

✿ Shipment schedule ✿
As US based orders takes more time to process and declare, shipment may be slower for US bound orders. My apologies for the delay in advance but i hope to seek your understanding! ><
All US based orders will be shipped out at the end of every week in a small group to ensure smooth declaration on the postal service side. Thank you in advance for being patient!

✿ Failed delivery ✿
All deliveries will be attempted up to 3 times. If it's uncollected by the third time, it'll unfortunately be abandoned. There is no way for me to get the parcel back and it'll not be recoverable in any way. I will also not be able to refund your order if it happens. It's a bad situation and i sincerely apologize. Please keep a look out for your order as well via the tracking number to ensure it's collected on time!
